He had multiple management roles in his career, reaching Senior Management from 2000-2005 Mr. Biazis was officed at HB Fuller's-Corporate Head quarters in Vadnais Heights, MN. Victor led the North America Packaging Business. At the time NA-Pkg was the largest business unit for the company. He was responsible for NA-sales; program management, technical service managers in the USA, Canada, and as Country Sales Manager for Mexico.
Wisdom Adhesives Worldwide: Moved as the President, Regional CEO for privately owned WAW. In his 5 years with the private company, he positioned the firm to later be acquired by previous employer HB Fuller, publicly reported for $122M. Sales grew from $8M to $35M during his stay with the private adhesive business.
International Baler Corporation (Jacksonville, FL): Publicly traded (NYSE: IBAL) since 1946, was selected by the IBC board to lead the company as its President & CEO, Director. During his time with IBC, the company was recognized as a top 20 public company in the Jacksonville/N Fla. area. Mr. Biazis positioned the public company to be acquired by Avis Industrial, taking the company private.Stock holders were awarded during the acquistion as the stock price rose respectively during Mr. Biazis leadership of the company. Mr. Biazis remained the Chairman for Coastal Industrial Products during his leadership role with IBC. He resigned during the acquistion, and resumed his management role with Coastal.
Victor Biazis holds an undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University,Hammond, LA. He attended the university on a baseball scholarship, after receiving his AA degree from Palm Beach State College.

Annette has performed multiple management roles for the company since 2011. A 30 year veteran for Global Airline Giant, Delta Airlines, and a National Sales Manager for Acosta Marketing Group (Jacksonville, Fla.), Annette was recognized by each company for her excellence in customer service.
Annette attended Florida Atlantic University (Boca Raton, Fla.) majoring in education. She also holds an AA degree from Broward State College (Ft. Lauderdale Fla.)

Nicholas V. Biazis

Nicholas Biazis has held numeorus positions with the company since joining in 2012. Like his brother Dennis, started his professional career with Merial Pharmecuticals (now Boehringer Ing.).Nick graduating Magnum Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University (GA).
At Coastal Industrial Products, his role is handing the day-to-day operations for the company from purhasing, invoices, managing inventory, to month closing with CPA firm Citrin Cooperman of NYC. Nick also handles local customers as a Sales Manger.
Nick was a (4) year football varsity letterman, and varsity baseball player at Northview HS (Duluth, GA) before excelling academically at Kennesaw State University.

Christine Biazis-Tournas

Christine, like her brother Nicholas, is a KSU (GA) Graduate.She currently handles the marketing role for the company, including website management and design,social media platforms, customer presentations, etc. Christine is also a licensed Real Estate Professional with a focus in the the N.Florida Market.
